Clinic customers using EyeconX

  • Clinic account and user credentials
  • Patient and appointment data provided by the clinic or synced from the clinic’s practice management system
  • Communication records related to reminders, SMS, email, voice, surveys, and campaigns

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to sales, demo, and support requests
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the EyeconX platform
  • Send patient communications on behalf of clinics as instructed by the clinic
  • Monitor service reliability, prevent abuse, and secure accounts

4. Role of Clinics

When clinics use EyeconX to message patients, the clinic is typically the organization that decides why and how patient information is processed. EyeconX processes that information to provide the service. Clinics should obtain any required patient consents and configure communication preferences appropriately.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate messaging, hosting, email, or SMS delivery (under contractual obligations)
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including service delivery, support, security, and legal requirements. Clinics may request deletion or export of their account data subject to applicable law and contract terms.
